Onward

We’ve moved onto our next city now, Brussels being our destination. Had a late breakfast in Amsterdam along with a few last photos and then boarded the train down the the Belgium capital. There are/were many logistical unknowns as far as planning is/was concerned on this trip, so we were happy to find that yes there was indeed an efficient way to get to where we wanted to be next. However, upon arrival we attempted to pre plan our trip back to London, only to find out that tickets cost 175 Euro EACH. After am hour wait on line and a bank account that had had a sudden heart attack, we found a train departing at 20:30 back to London for only 112 for TWO tickets. You can imagine how nice that sounded when compared to the previous figures. So we’ll have a cheaper way home and a little bit of an extended stay here in Brussels, and that all sounds good to me. After ordering a pizza from a place that spoke neither French (national language) nor English, we ate the pie in which we hoped we had ordered and then got onto our hotel, which is pretty decent. Looking to get an early start tomorrow morning
